We chart every transaction with the precision of a preflight checklist. This policy covers subscriptions, custom route requests, and any rare paid features that appear on our radar. Access to articles remains free; paid elements are limited to premium dispatches, printed logbooks, or bespoke scouting services. Refunds are handled like emergency diversions: swift when justified, impossible when the wheels are up.
Subscription Takeoff Window
New subscriptions include a fourteen-day cooling-off period measured from the confirmation email. Cancel within this window and receive a full refund, no questions logged. After day fifteen, the subscription runs its full term; early termination forfeases the remaining balance. Refunds process to the original payment method within ten business days, though your bank may hold the funds longer than a delayed departure.
Custom Reconnaissance and Paid Services
Bespoke route planning, property scouting, or printed map sets are crafted on demand. A fifty percent deposit secures the crew; the balance is due before delivery. Once research begins, deposits become non-refundable, as fuel is burned and contacts are called in. If we fail to deliver the agreed coordinates within thirty days, the full amount is returned immediately. Cancellations after work commences forfeit the deposit but cap liability at that amount.
Non-Refundable Runways
Digital content delivered instantly, such as premium dispatch PDFs or live charter links, is final once the file lands in your inbox. Physical items, like limited-edition logbooks, follow standard return rules: unopened and undamaged within thirty days, shipping costs on you. Opened or marked items stay grounded; we issue store credit only.
Force Majeure and Weather Holds
Volcanic ash, border closures, or acts of nature that ground travel do not entitle subscribers to refunds, as our content remains accessible regardless of global turbulence. If a paid scouting mission becomes impossible due to such events, we offer equivalent credit toward a future route or a pro-rated refund based on work completed.
Processing Your Return Request
File any refund claim by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for descent. Calls to +1 904-789-1619 are logged but not processed; written requests only. We acknowledge receipt within one business day and resolve eligible claims within ten. Disputes routed through payment providers trigger an automatic review; fraudulent claims result in permanent runway denial.
Currency and Tax Vectors
All refunds return in the original currency. Taxes or fees imposed by gateways are not reimbursed; consider them landing charges. International transfers may incur conversion spreads beyond our control.
Policy Revisions at Altitude
We reserve the right to adjust this policy with thirty days’ notice posted on-site and emailed to active accounts. Transactions initiated before the change date follow the policy in effect at purchase.
