By entering our airspace, whether browsing, subscribing, or requesting custom vectors, you agree to these terms as the binding flight plan. We reserve the right to amend the plan with thirty days’ posted notice; continued use after the effective date means you accept the new heading. Departure from the site at any time voids further obligation on your part.

Intellectual Property in the Hold
Every word, photograph, and hand-drawn map remains our cargo. You may view, bookmark, or print for personal flight planning. Republishing, scraping, or feeding our content to bots requires written clearance. Violation triggers an immediate cease-and-desist and potential pursuit of damages measured in runway length.
User-Generated Transmissions
Comments, route tips, or images you transmit become shared property with a non-exclusive license for us to publish, edit, or archive. Keep submissions clean, legal, and free of third-party claims. We may remove anything that smells like spam or turbulence without notice or apology.
Subscription Autopilot
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the current rate unless canceled before the billing cycle closes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term; no pro-rata refunds once the meter starts. Access continues until the final second of the subscription clock.
Prohibited Maneuvers
No reverse-engineering, no overload attacks, no impersonating the tower. Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or any attempt to breach the cockpit firewall results in immediate and permanent runway denial plus potential legal pursuit. Keep the skies friendly.
Limitation of Liability at Altitude
We provide the site and its content on an as-is, where-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by aviation law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular route, or non-infringement. Our total liability caps at the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months, or one hundred dollars, whichever is lower. Consequential damages, lost vacations, or emotional turbulence are expressly excluded.
Governing Winds and Jurisdiction
These terms follow United States federal law and the laws of Florida without regard to conflict vectors. Any dispute lands exclusively in state or federal courts seated in St. Johns County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.
Severability and Survival
If any provision stalls on legal approach, the rest of the plan remains airborne. Obligations regarding intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute resolution survive termination like black-box data.
